Your dog isn't going in a crate. They get my full attention the whole time, in a quiet space with no other dogs around. That environment makes a real difference. Most dogs are noticeably calmer here than they've ever been at a traditional salon, and it shows in how they handle the groom.

Everything. I don't charge for add-ons. Every full groom includes a bath with a skin-conscious option for shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. The blueberry face shampoo goes without saying and is the standard at this point. A fluffed-out, blow-dry. Haircut and styling, teeth brushing, nail trim and buff, ear cleaning (and plucking if needed), a spritz of cologne, and a complimentary accessory. This is all complimentary and completed to the extent the pet will tolerate.

Yes! I am not taking any dogs over 55lbs.

Grooming is priced by your dog's weight bracket and the hands-on time it takes to complete the service. You're not charged for the full time your pet is here because I always have a built-in comfort window for them to rest and settle at no extra cost. I'll always quote you before we begin; never assume a price.

All drop-offs and pickups are curbside. I'll come out to your car to collect your pet, and bring them back out when they're done. When you arrive for either, just text or call me (please don't knock or ring the doorbell!) I’ll try to text you a heads up, but it is hard to get to my phone when I’m working on your pet. We will have a mutually agreed-upon pickup time before you leave your pet with me.

A $20 late fee applies if you're more than 9 minutes past your pickup time. Shoot me a text if you're running behind, please.

Life happens, I understand. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice, and there's no charge. Less than 24 hours is a 50% fee; no-shows are charged in full. For Holiday seasons or after repeated last-minute cancellations, I may ask for a 50% deposit to hold the spot.

Cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. Credit/debit cards are also accepted with a small processing fee (2.6% + 15¢ per transaction). Payment is due at pickup.

No. Double coats (Huskies, Goldens, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, Samoyeds) regulate your dog's body temperature naturally. Shaving disrupts that and can permanently damage the coat. I offer thorough deshedding treatments instead, which safely remove loose undercoat without the risks. I’d be happy to explain more when you book!
